Promise to speak to a Supervisor. Well they don't ever call back. Instead force unauthorized debit orders through your account. I've insisted on speaking to a Director. Till now these useless people just do as they please. These idiots still want me to pay for a car. I sold end Sept. I had tracker with Netstar trust me. They are trustworthy they never stole from me. After canceling Matrix will Frustrate you. The only time they really follow up. Is when you tell your frustrating story on Hello Peter. Said thing is these idiots call you without listening to previous calls. Quick to ***** money they not supposed to. Get car tracking from Netstar or Cartrack. Matrix SA is a Big No No....mind you I still have 2 cars with them. In this pandemic these ******* will still *****. People are dying of hunger but unauthorized debit orders are continuing one way. Imagine unauthorized debits going through at 1am how frustrating is that.
