Stay away from matrix guys

This company is now a **** when u call them they never pick up n their employees r so *********** now m on MBD because of one of their employee not doing her job correctly. Been trying to call them to fix this matter since 2019 but till today it’s not resolved now I want to cancel my contract with them I can’t call them I need someone to tell me where to get matrix/ beame offices because m now exhausted. I still say I will not pay when I called and asked if I could use the towing service and ur employee said I can coz I have it but to my surprise I’m charged 1800. Is this how you do business? I’ve been with u since 2018 till today but I want out I’ve had it with ur company
