STAY AWAY FROM MATRIX BEAME

DO NOT USE TRACKING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I regret the day I signed up with Matrix, it has been the worst experience of my adult life.

Firstly they didn't capture my details correctly, so I called and sent emails but struggled to get an answer or assistance with my matter. I then expressed to them if it's so hard to reach them for such a small thing, I don't even want to imagine what would happen if my car got ******. I asked them to cancel, they asked for the relevant information then never reverted back. That was February of 2024... They still are billing my account and sending me invoices, they'll even call sometimes and offer me their new services. Everytime I raise with them that I cancelled but they're not responding, they'll say "that's so terrible to hear. I'll get someone from that department to reach out to you asap." Nobody has reached out but every month, without fail, they debit my account and I have to reverse it.

Problem now is it's affecting my credit report, because it's showing as unpaid.

Stay away from these guys, they are 1 big ****.
