Stay away from Matrix

On 23 October I had a Matrix tracker installed. I was at work so I left the technician to do his work. After he left I was informed by my colleagues that my car's right rear door is still open. I went and found that the door was indeed still open , although the alarm was activated. There was also wiring lying around. I saw on the installation sheet that he noted my left front window head light was not working. I checked it and it was working. I sent a mail , on Matrix website , to complain and also advise them to come and remove the unit. a Lady called me within 10 min and I told her also that they must come remove the unit. She said she will come back to me , that never happened. I got a invoice on 27 October for a small amount which I ignored. Last week I sent a mail enquiring about my invoice for payment , but still haven't received any feedback. I thought of giving Matrix a chance , but clearly there is only a lot of *********** people and technicians working there. I don't want the tracking unit in my car any longer and is definitely not going to pay any cancellations fee as they clearly stuffed up. How can I trust Matrix to find my car if they can't even send me a invoice.
