Stay away from Beam-e MiX Telematics

There is a lot of *******ion going in in this company, I will urge anyone reading this to avoid them. My device hasn't worked in a while and the technical consultants refused to help. I requested a cancellation, of which they sent me confirmation that it has been logged and the date when it will be effective (months ago). However they are still debiting my account. During all of this I am already with a new car tracking company, that actually works. Calling and emailing them is a waste of time and energy, you will go around in circles of endless transfers with each department claiming the next department as the responsible party.
