Stay as far away as possible

Absolutely **********, non existent customer support. Stay as far away as humanly possible. I don’t think anyone actually works here.

My car was ****** in July 2022. I sent a cancellation email as i didn’t have a car anymore to track and have not heard anything. Don’t bother calling the call center as you will sit on hold for 35+ minutes every time. They ignore every email you send and it’s literally impossible to get hold of them for a basic service. I have no idea where to turn. Whatever you do, don’t sign up with this absolute joke of a company. Horrific experience.
