STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING
Can you please cancel my acc no – 942730,
THE REASON FOR CANCELLING IS THAT SOMEONE THAT YOUR BUSSSINESS HAS PUT MY DEBIT ORDER DATE AS 0 MEANING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS NOT BEING DEBITED AND THUS IM GETTING CALLS FROM COLLECTION DEPARTMENT FOR ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. NO ONE HAS EVEN CALLED ME TO APPOLIGIES AND THUS I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE OUMBADSMAN AND I WOULD LIKE YOU TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLEY
