Spam messages with false info

I constantly get messages that the unit doesn’t work. When I call, the call centre transfer me from pillar to post. Then eventually someone tells me the units are working fine. So spending 30 min on a call that was not nescessary. Worst part is that if I happen to miss the message and there ACTUALLY is something wrong this time, then it’s my fault and insurance say I was careless.
