Sort this **** out!!!!

I've recently complaint about this company and a guy by the name of Jacob Shihangule called me and promised me that the matter will be resolved asap and sent me a cancellation letter as proof but still I'm still receiving statements and these people are still debiting on my account! I want them to take responsibilities of every bank charges that I'm being charged each time they debit and I have to do a reversal!! They're are *********** and ****** and I want to take further actions for this company!! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
