Sorry we signed up with Matrix
<p>We signed up with Matrix and had a MX3 installed. No certificate was proactively sent to us. I had to call in. Till today we have still not received any information on how to use our device, how to track the vehicle etc. Once again I had to call in. Asked to speak to a supervisor, spoke to Lerato, who gave big apologies, and said she would send the updated certificate and a welcome pack. Certificate came through and still no welcome pack. Called her and left a message. She called back and told me they could not send me a welcome pack because we were a business. I asked her to send me the contact details of a person who was above her who could exist. Either get this sorted Matrix or come get your tracking device. I can just imagine the problems we will have if anything ever happens to the vehicle. Shame on you Matrix.</p>
