So tried of Matrix.... So so so Tired!

Absolute worst accounting department in any business I've ever dealt with.

I have been trying to cancel (an expired contract - and non working) unit for a vehicle that was sold. Paid the full amount that was outstanding on account and in PLAIN ENGLISH requested confirmation that the account is closed.

No responses, millions of tickets opened for every mail ive sent. and still.... Funny enough I receive a June rental invoice in my mailbox this morning...

Can't wait for my other units on other vehicles to expire so I can move to a decent tracking service.

Next step - Ombud!
