Negative rating isnt allowed unfortunately. If i were the MD of this useless excuse of an organisation i would hang my head in shame. After 3 weeks i still haven't managed to get hold of someone to talk to in person. My vehicle was written off by insurance and im trying to cancel the tracking unit. If i were a shareholder within mixtelematics i would demand the resignation of the MD and all staff..ive had better service from my local municipality.
