Shoddy customer service!
Yesterday I requested information on their offerings. this they sent to me. They said they would get back to me today to hear which device/option I chose and to arrange fitment. Today I got 3 calls from 3 different people from this company, all asking if I was assisted. The original person has not come back to me yet.
I proceeded to complete the telephonic application with one of the consultants. She promised to e-mail me the debiot order form and send me my case number.
Up to now.......nothing!
It seems like all of these tracking companies have one thing in common.....very bed service! The only one worse than Matrix is Netstar!
