Shocking ******* and no service
Mix telematics are a bunch of *******. I have tried to cancel my subscription via the dealership I bought my car and directly with the company. They have listed me as a bad payer but don't respond to my mails or cancellation requests. I've spoken to the Debtors manager who continues to promise to get back to me and provide a recording of the alleged transaction but this to does not happen and now they have the audacity to give me a letter of demand for R 161 really!!!!
