Shocking service on cancellation
I have tried to cancel my car tracking service to no avail. Despite receiving a case number, for the rest, it is radio silence, except of course for receiving the next bill!
This is the second car tracking contract I have cancelled with Matrix in 3 months, and the experience has been equally inefficient and ***********.
