Shocking Service Matrix Vehicle Tracking
PLEASE dont use this tracking company. Customer service is a joke. All you get are case numbers and no action to queries. You can hold on for hours and agents put you on hold and then either drop the call or transfer you to another agent. Even supervisors are useless and dont keep promises. BEWARE STAY AWAY
