SHOCKING SERVICE - MATRIX - BEAME - POWERFLEET

What absolutely shocking service. After numerous emails and calls to advise that one of my vehicles had been written-off in an accident ( by the way, no alert or notification was raised at the accident), I requested that the remove the vehicle from my subscription. 3 months have passed, I am still being billed for this vehicle (by the way, again, you are apparently tracking a vehilce that does not exist ??? hows that), I received another invoice today with the written off vehicle details on the statement. Who is running this organisation ?? Seems the staff dont know what they are doing or training is lacking - severely.
