Shocking service HOWEVER Bernalee Cloete saved the day
Bernalee Thank you for sorting out my account. You are the ONLY person in the entire Mix Telematics organisation that had managed to actually sort this account out. I have been trying since late LAST year to get this account sorted, and all I got was complete incompetence from EVERY single person I spoke to. Everybody made all kinds of promises that they will sort it out, and promise to come back to me with a result, but alas NOBODY bothered to call back.
YOUR management should promote you to the highest level. Please send this email to all management staff and get them to phone me and I will confirm that you are the best person that I have spoken to re this account, and managed to sort it out within a few hours.
I give Mix Telematics Africa a SINGLE star but for your service and assistance and profesinalism you have show --- You deserve 10 stars .....
