Shocking service from MixTelematics
We have had a business vehicle fitted with a tracker. The engine blew and we changed engines. I cancelled my subscription on Mix Telematics. Paid a cancellation fee, received confirmation that the service has been cancelled...........guess what.... I now once again receive a bill of outstanding amounts. I have sent about 10 emails, received a reference....no response to date Phone the cancellation department...... no one answers.... just imagine if your car was ******........ Shocking Service, Shocking responses.'If you receivd confirmation of full and final settlement, and that the service has been cancelled. SURELEY IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. ************7 ***6.***5.***7
