Shocking service

Bought new bakkie and asked them to cancel as I was not allowed to use beame with new insurance on the bakkie. Asked me to send mail as well and did. It is now 3 months later and still deducting from my account, blocked the deduction now I get spammed to pay apparent outstanding balance!!

Still not resolved advised I had to pay last installment due to Matrix only coming back after two weeks when they advised they will come back within 24 hours. Did pay still getting threats that they are updating me on credit bureaus. Advised they would sent mail that I need to send proof of payment on 3 occasions. Never received mail????
