SHOCKING SERVICE AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS OF PRESSING THE PANICK BUTTON!!!!!!

Pathetic service, after 2 weeks of joining Matrix Unit MX3, I was contacted almost every day to check if I'm okay and safe when entering a dangerous Area. its been over 2 months now, I have not received a single call. I have tried checking if whether my panic button works, I had pressed it once and waited for 30 mins no phone call check if I'm okay , I pressed again, I waited for 10 min, still no phone call from them , I pressed for the 3rd time and they finally called after 3-5 min. HOW RIDICULOUS!

The service consultant was mumbling, couldn't answer to my questions. SHOCKING!!!! She confirmed she will log a query as my tracking device "could be slow". 2 weeks passed without any feedback. I call again and the Service consultant confirmed the same thing that she will log a query. its been 4 days since I'm still waiting for a phone call regarding such services.
