Shocking service
for over 5 months ive been trying to get my account sorted out! Ive paid cancellation fees and they continue to erroneously debit me, and have overcharged for cancellation. Ive even done the recon for them because they appear incapable of doing it showing they actually owe me money ! And now they have the nerve to list a a missed payment on my credit score !!?? Im now going legal , ridiculous !

06 Jun 2023, 16:49And this is exactly the point, you still dont have an understanding. There should be no arrears, you have in fact overcharged me , and then listed me on Experian because of your incompetence. Where is my credit for all excess charges and have you cleared my credit record!?
