Shocking non existence service

Contacted Mix Telematics this morning it took them 6 minutes to answer the call, thank goodness I wasn't being hijacked or my vehicle wasnt ******, when they eventually answered I was transferred to sales no one answered the call, a lady then said she would email them to contact me which no one has CLEARLY YOU DONT NEED THE BUSINESS. I guess I will look elsewhere to have a tracking device put in my 2x vehicles and will be canceling my current service with you. How do I trust my valuables with you.

I have completed the forms and emailed them back, its 2 days now and still heard nothing, it must be great to be doing so well that you don't need extra business, I am really considering taking my business elsewhere your service is shocking and your Customer service is definitely not like it use to be. I am really disappointed.
