SHOCKING MATRIX
Yet again, Matrix Vehicle Tracking does not respond to phone calls, nor did they come back on any of the promises they made regarding *****ulent debits from my account.
Clearly, call operators and their senior management are not interested in Customer service.
NEVER again!
