Shocking customer service
Absolutely Zero customer service. I have been a paying customer for seven years and it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. I have been trying for more than a month to get them to replace the battery in the Beame device without joy. Hours spent on hold and then just being disconnected. All that they are good at is billing.
