Fhoned them to check the system on Thursday, and it is faulty. Nobody could give me an answer, find my car. Told me the will let the tichnicians know. Phoned on Friday again to find out when technician will fix it. Was not escalated to technicians on Thursday. Told me they will come on Saterday. Case number ***3. On Saterday, phoned again, they might be coming on Monday. 5 days not trackable. If my car gets stollen in that time? They dont give a damn. Service pathetic.
