Service = Non-existent!

I've had the Beam-e product for a few years now. Never had to use it,

However, the service is shocking from this company! I've tried to contact them FOR WEEKS via their contact forms on the website, email and calls - no answer! No response!

Luckily I got a hold of someone at Mixtelematics, who referred me to Samantha Jansen (with her email address). A week later, still no response.

I'm no longer going to waste my time (and especially my money) with this company!
