Nonsense company DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take Matrix as your tracker company. Please for you own sanity theres a reason why they have below poor reviews. I got mine installed last year June mind you i specifically informed them i only want the month to month option to which they agreed and continued fast forward January I sold my acr and informed them to cancel the tracker beginning of March was ignored and got my call dropped on me until they debited my account. I followed up only for them to tell me i am on contract and will need to settled the amount before the 25th of March mind you this email was sent to me on the 25 the same email also shows that i owe them R 0 and therefore have nothing to settle. When i ask them to send me a contract they say there is no contract..makes sense?? exactly it seems they just want to chow my money for as long as they can. I am now seeking advise from my lawyers on how to proceed. what annoys me most is i told them before hand that i specifically want a month to month option and ohh they also dont want to send me the recording of the initial call where same was requested. shady right?
