What a pathetic service from this company,I would advice people to never do any business with them because when you upgrade from one product to another its like you have given them an opportunity to loot your account.They will tell you they have rectified their error but no instead they will send you messages about your account being in earers yet they are the ones who made mistakes.Now some Kwannda/Wanda guy from their accounts department calls me to make a payment arrangement yet I don't owe them a cent and as I'm speaking to him he has a nerve to hang up on me.I have never been so ****ed.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MIXTELEMATICS IF YOU DONT WANT A HEARTACHE.
