******** handed me to MBD again with a different amount, without checking this time with a deferent amount

They are just useless period. The paid me on Friday but not the whole amount yet the lady who called promised that everything due to me will be settled on Friday and that’s not even the worst part, MBD called on Saturday siting I am owing telematics R800 this time, not R618 anymore she advised I was handed over by telematics. She couldn’t answer why would people who owe me turn to them for debt collection. Pathetic!! You guys are a bunch of *********** *****s who knows nothing about customer service
