******** and rude

Biggest ********. my account is not updated. i even pay extra money to them. its still indicating that am behind. Pls dont join this company. When i called them the lady was very rude to me. Her name was Pumlile she told me that she will send me the paid up letter till now. I haven't received it. And am still waiting for the paid up letter .
