Sent an e-mail to cancel on behalf of my father in law on 01.09.2022, following the process as stated on their website. Received a reply with a reference number the same day and he received an sms stating that a stop order will be done. The following month, they debited his account then reversed the debit. Now, this month, he received an sms threatening to hand him over to their legal department. We have tried numerous times to call but have no luck getting through to anyone. We even sent whatsapps but still no feedback. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, as we followed all processes but it seems that these people are ********.
