Do not sign up to Mix Telematics

On the 31st of August I received a call from one of your call centres Talksure or something that sounds like that. The gentleman I spoke to offered me a deal where I would get 2 tracking Units for R150. I already had 2 Units in my vehicle a Mix Telematics Device and a Netstar device.

This gentleman promised me I would save money instead of paying for 2 units separately, Mix will give me 2 units and replace the 2 trackers that are currently installed in my vehicle. That did not happen as the engineer was not instructed to remove the old tracking units and instead installed 2 units in my vehicle. He also advised Mix cannot remove another companies tracker which I was assured was possible.

My car now has 4 trackers and I did not save any money instead I went from paying R250 for my 2 trackers to paying R470 for 4 units.

Till this day they keep promising to call but nobody ever calls you back.
