**** they ******** me my hard earned money
Tiisetso Puleng Monenesi i had tracker installed by Matrix car tracker company about 2 years ago(2020), i now want to cancelle the tracker. i have since contacted the Matrix beggining of March 2022, all i have been receiving is case numbers. i called thier customer care and i was told i need to send an email to their cancellation department "***" <***> i received an auto reply with the case number (Your Case Number Logged ***7; ***0; ***0) i have even contacted thier sales department nothing happened but they are able to debit my account. ***
