**** MIC TELEMATICS
Mix telematics is a ****. I sent an email on the 1 November to cancel their tracker as it was end of the 2 years contract. On the cancellation email I used my account number , to my surprise they responded saying they cannot pick up my account. but funny enough on the 12th November I received a cancellation email. in November they debited my account, which I do not have a problem with. December they are still debiting my account and before they debited I called their call center and I was assured that December they will not debit, I went as far as telling the lady that was assisting me that if they debit I will reverse. now I am getting SMSs telling me about legal, like really a **** like mix telematic knows nothing about legal as they are busy ******** south Africans on their hard earned money. I tried reaching out on all platforms but I am being ignored. Mix telematics is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!

This is how you respond to the complains? I am really disappointed on how you run your business. I believe that as from today I will not receive any of your messages or emails and stop debiting my account. Contact me in a proper manner when you are ready.
