****: DON'T USE THIS SERVICE
I have been trying to cancel a debit order with MiX Telematics for a tracker on a vehicle that no longer exists.
I have left a voice mail, sent an email to their customer care, emailed their head office, contacted their whatsapp number, and phoned two of their phone numbers.
Their phone numbers are busy, their email address bounces, and at no point has anybody ever acknowledged my cancellation, and the debit order continues.
This is disgusting service and obviously a ****.
