After years of paying for this vehicle tracking service,.I sold my vehicle and purchased a new one. I emailed the company to notify them of such on the 14th of September 2022 and requested a new tracking device be installed. I have not had a single reply from them almost four months later and I have emailed them so many times I have lost count. I have even emailed their accounts department seeing as though I keep receiving threatening sms's from them threatening my credit record for a service they have not been providing. Each time I email them I recieve an automated case number but this is where it ends. I do believe this is a **** company and I would advise anyone and everyone to stay as far away from them as possible.
