**********s ⚠️ Mix Telematics worst tracking company

The worst tracking company. They do not have a cancelation department. They are very quick to secure a contract and then they keep you in their webb. I have been with them for 2 years also through Outsurance. I paid for roadside assistance and tracking. I got stuck on the side of the road in Milnerton, Cape Town and requested their assistance. It was a terrible experience to deal with them. Their phone line was very poor. Could hardly hear anything. They were not able to assist me in my time of need. I immediately decided to cancel the contract due to their poor service. They provided me an email address which is nonexistent. I was still billed for a few months after I canceled the contract with the email address they provided. A few months Iater I decided to go to the bank and stop the debit order myself. Now they are phoning me on a regular basis accusing me of not paying my bills. They are 100% ********** stay far away!!! I have all the emails as references.
