Worst customer support ever. Still have not resolved my billing issue. Contract expires in May 2026. I will not be using your services again. Your staff are just sorry but do not resolve anything nor come back to you to follow up. You wait for hours to speak to the right department- then back and forth. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep taking my money but not for long MATRIX.
