Rudeness

I was 10 days late with a R138.32 payment. The very rude letter I got iafter being a client for 5 years is worded:

Re:URGENT NOTICE OF PAYMENT DEFAULT

You have entered into a service agreement with MiX Telematics for the provision of certain vehicle tracking/recovery services.

Despite MiX Telematics Africa (Pty) Ltd having duly comp**** with its obligations in terms of the Agreement, the debit order/s submitted for the services rendered have returned unpaid. Your account is now in arrears to the amount of R138.32.

We urge you to make immediate payment of the full amount that is in arrears or urgently contact MiX Debtors Department on *** for a repayment plan. Should payment not be received within the next 7 days of this communication your service will be suspended and the status of your account will be marked as being in payment default.

To avoid the above, please ensure that we receive immediate payment and email payment confirmation to ***.

All payments are to be made to the following account:

Bank: First National Bank Branch Code: 250117 Account No. ***5 Payment *** If full payment has been made, please send proof of payment to *** and disregard this notice.
