Rude staff contract cancelled 2 years ago

Contract cancelled 2 years ago and still getting billed. Now handed over. Car has been sold 2 years ago. I am not paying a cent as it was cancelled correctly. I want to see the contract that I signed where it says there is a cancellaton fee etc. They can hand me over. I am a pensioner so it doesn't bother me. When you talk to the staff there attitude stinks so rude and unfriendly. I am not leaving this here.
