RS3 Engine Fan Running Non-Stop after Tracker Installation.
Matrix Case #: ***1 refers.
I took my car to R & S Car Radio yesterday in Kempton Park for tracker installation - which it was fitted.
On arrival at home, the Engine fan is running non-stop. I thought it was because the car was hot, however, the fan continued running throughout the night until the vehicle battery is fully depleted.
In the morning, I had to get the car jump started and drove it to Ray Panelbeaters so that they can trace the issue and repair the wiring because this is definitely to do with wiring - an issue that was non-existent before tracker installation. Now, it's a long weekend, and I'm without a car.
What is the way forward then since now the car has a fan problem that's running non-stop after tracker installation?

The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired. It was uncovered that the Aircon Fan got faulty, and it was replaced with a new one.
Although the issue was noted after tracker installation, this was coincidentally unrelated to the tracker installation nor workmanship of R&S Car Radio. Therefore, I would like to clear Matrix and R&S Car Radio of any fault / issue that was experienced after tracker installation - this was purely unrelated.
