Rotten tomatoes for Beame Matrix
If I was looking for a new "tracker" I would steer clear of Beame Telematics if you expect an overall good vkmoany, not just the emergency recovery. I think their recovery side ID good, but do you know how irritating, frustrating it is if you want to speak to someone. Phone their number *** to understand what J mean. Eventually you get had the " high call volume blah blah blah and push 7 for consultant to phone you back" but even you try to type in reqd info...just your email... it advises that info exists already try something else. What!!!!! BTW I am typing this while holding seeing as 7 didn't work...17 minutes later. Plus if you email them they send a 24vhr acknowledgement but that csll never comes. be I am typing this

01 Mar 2022, 15:32Thank you, Samantha did phone and advise the debit taken from my account on 25 February wld be the last and I have nothing further to do with your company going forward. I just need you to know that I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and phoned this morning at 08:28. Again I could not get through to speak to a consultant. Thank goodness Samantha phoned. I will never ever have a tracker with your company ever again...I would rather have a no tracker in my car than have to work with a company who cannot have a consultant available when one has a query, it is far too frustrating. It's such a shame really, because when my car was hijacked you located it very quickly, but you need to know, it's more than just the emergency side, there are times when your clients need to speak to a consultant about other things.
