I cancelled my membership with mix telematics in may and on 12july 2015 after filling a complaint with hello peter a guy by the name of Bongani called me and asured me that my matter is under control.. Today when I called him he told me that I'm 1 of thousands who's calling he's not sure what my situation is is and yet after he gave me he's number to enquire... Anyway my problem is that they stil takin my money after they cant or couldn't help me or provide a servise that I paid for... They takin more money then what the deal was approved for... And their attitude is outstanding.. I'm a victim after I trusted them. I believe that Beame is a **** and nothing like how they promised to be.<br>

I refer to your telephonic discussion with Kaya Payi 09-May-2015, explaining that for cancellation request to be finalized you will need to pay settlement fees for both unit. I would like to assure you as soon as we received the settlement fee your cancellation will be process and finalized.
