Roadside assistance ****!

Installed their Beame tracking unit and included their roadside assistance, a few days ago I found myself needing roadside assistance so I called them, firstly their representative was so rude and non-chalant about the whole thing clearly showing he didn't care, he then went on to say we can assist you by sending you a tow truck if you're withinn 40km to your place and anything above that you would pay out of pocket, I say okay that's fine I then let him know I'm 20km from home he says fine but the will need to quote me for an all round trip including the distamce from where the tow would be coming from and going back so I therefore would need to pay them in cash, I' asked where the tow would be coming from if I need to pay them in cash he then said he would find the nearest one and call me back, he then called me after a few minutes and said I will need to pay them R500+ in cash and I'll also be liable for any other onroad costs, I told him to cancel because clearly they were trying to take advantage of the situation to charge you, if I need to be within a 40km radius and I'm only 20km of that, you call a tow that of over 20km away in order to charge me more? On top of that nobody tells you that you need to cover for the all round tow trip with cash when you pay, thanks for nothing!
