I just called in to update my residential address and i was given a ****ty service by the lady who was assisting me and she kept on repeating my address INCORRECTLY with a stinky attitude, I'm telling you now IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY CAR UNDER YOUR SERVICE

I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE OF YOUR UNTERESTED CONSULTANT THAT WAS ASSISTING ME !!!!!!!! I did my part in updated my address. Highly disappointed in the service i just received...extremely poor, after so many years of being your client!!!!!! to make it it worse this service consultant refused to provide me with my right to the get reference for the call and her names , this cannot be lawful .
