*******/ poor service/ Empty promises

Last Friday I posted a complaint, got a call from Mix Telematics in less than an hour but I'm still not happy with you guys. The lady at called me after my complaint promised that I will get the refund last Friday or Friday the 1st. The 1st is not over yet, I understand but she also promised to track the people I have spoken to previously and they didn't help. Still haven't received any communication from her side. I called yesterday and spoke to some lady who put me on hold for more than 10min and the worst part is, she didn't even tell me she's putting me on hold. The service is very poor and I don't seem to be getting any help. They're just full of empty promises and I would like to cancel my contract with them as soon as possible.
