Ridiculous lack of service
Matrix rep**** to my previous review on this platform advising that someone will be in contact with me to resolve this matter. I have received TWO calls since, asking for the outstanding payment on the debit order I stopped. Yet still no one has contacted me to resolve the matter. I will be logging this with ombudsman.
