RESPONSE TIME IS PATHETIC

Sent a email to cancellations "at" mixtelematics.com on 1 July to cancel a unit on one of my sold vehicles - currently have 4 units with Beam-e.

Got the automated response with a case number...... and that was it..... NOTHING after that.

I wonder now how fast the response will be if one of my vehicles was ******....
