REQUESTED A CANCELLEATION OF DEBIT ORDER YET STILL DEBITED
Exactly why Mix Telematic continues to debit me when I make an EFT payment to them monthly and had requested to cancel the debit order due to retrenchment. I always pay extra all the time. On the 29th of April I was debited an amount of R13 which I did not authorize. Yesterday , the 01st of June I made an EFT of R240. I want my refund and to stop any debit order!!
